If there is another insurance company that you do not see listed, feel free to send a request; we will work to include it.

We are working be credentialed with as many insurance companies as we can in order to offer services to all people in need. We recognize that finding a mental health clinician is a process. Please check back if you do not see your insurance company yet. Minnesota has a transparency law that requires insurance companies to be transparent about costs for mental health care. Please call your insurance company ahead of time to ensure cost transparency.

We are lucky enough to have a private office space in the Masonic Lodge on the first floor with a sound barrier for privacy. There are nine steps to get up into the office. If you feel this will be a struggle for you, please let me know in the intake questionnaire and I will make arrangements to meet with you in another location nearby. As an example, the library is a few doors down and is wheelchair accessible.

*For clients who have BCBS or Healthpartners, they are no longer accepting contract applications for this area. We have applied to both and have received notifications that our area is "saturated" at this time. We fully believe in client choice in choosing a mental health provider and will allow you to pay a flat fee of $50 for therapy, similar to a co-pay as you normally would for in network clinicians. Our values include inclusivity in treatment, even when insurance companies feel they have offered enough contracts in this area. We will apply again in 2027 to allow time for adjustment. We support a phone call to these insurance companies encouraging them to allow your choice of provider. We'll provide this reduced cost until January, 2027 to give clients time to work things out with their insurance company or, best case, reduce symptoms prior to that time.
