We are working be credentialed with as many insurance companies as we can in order to offer services to all people in need.  We recognize that finding a mental health clinician is a process.  Please check back if you do not see your insurance company yet.  Minnesota has a transparency law that requires insurance companies to be transparent about costs for mental health care. Please call your insurance company ahead of time to ensure cost transparency.  ​

We are lucky enough to have a private office space in the Masonic Lodge on the first floor with a sound barrier for privacy.  There are nine steps to get up into the office.  If you feel this will be a struggle for you, please let me know in the intake questionnaire and I will make arrangements to meet with you in another location nearby.  As an example, the library is a few doors down and is wheelchair accessible.
